Just wanted to raise that the website guide prices are nowhere near what the actual quote for repairs are in store. Booked a repair appointment for a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra... it says £230 for a screen repair on the EE website. When I got in store I was quoted over £460 - I get that online is a "guide price" but that is over double the online quote on the EE website. How is this difference justified? Can't believe it. I instead went to a local repair shop that fixed it in 25 minutes for £260.

Did the team in store mention if there as anything else wrong with the phone that might've been included in the cost of the repair?

Hi Rach,

The team in store specifically mentioned that the quote for the screen repair only was £460 for the Samsung Galaxy Ultra S22. There was no other work involved.
