      <title>GALAXY A35 5G</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded to Galaxy A35 yesterday. Data transfer from old phone went well.&amp;nbsp; However when trying to ring the new phone goes straight to a previous unable to connect leave a message.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How can I get phone to receive incoming calls. Do not disturb is switched off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What other settings could I try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for any help.&amp;nbsp; I am not good with modern technology &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds like a combination of two issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1: Your phone has an "unconditional" divert all calls set. This can be checked via the call settings menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2: Your voicemail is either disabled or has an "extended absence greeting" set. The latter can be checked by calling VM on 222/speed-dial 1 and choosing "voicemail settings".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Texting VM ON to 150 should reset your diverts and ensure VM is activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded to new phone yesterday.&amp;nbsp; As per last message been unable to receive calls.&amp;nbsp; Goes straight to an old message from previous Galaxy phone.&amp;nbsp; Tried calling out and getting 'Not Registered on network' message.&amp;nbsp; Also no sim card message?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other services working like Facebook and Whats App.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Removed and place sim card back in.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do I need to take sim card from original phone???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for such basic questions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
