Same issue here and the answer below only serves to frustrate. I tried a few times, always get same unlock code but then it locks the phone up requesting another code due to too many attempts with wrong number, I’m definitely using the number we provide, I have 2 emei numbers 1 fails and returns no code.

Could you let me know the exact message the phone displays when the unlock code is used?

Resolved, although I’ve not seen any mention of this on the forums.

The supplied code generated from the EMEI is actually in 2 parts.

2025142090484047

When entering the above code too many times you get asked for another
unlock code MCK I think. This is the last numbers 90484047, this gets you
back to the network unlock message to try again. The actual answer to
unlock the phone is all the numbers prior to the MCK unlock. So to unlock
my phone it was 20251420.
