Has anyone ever had any problems when sending a phone for repair??

Its over 3 weeks ago, I sent my phone for repair at EE Sheffield, and so far my phone hasn't even been received at the repair centre.

They say its either DPD or the store hasnt sent it. The store say they have and its DPD.

I'm beyond annoyed at this, no one seems to know.

Have the store not offered to follow-up with their couriers?

You left the phone with them, are they proposing to just wash their hands of the problem? These are the questions I'd be asking of the store.

Yea. I was there a few days ago. They are looking into it, they are investigating it and asking courier.

I just wonder if anyone else has even had this kind issue.
