Sound during calls

I have a Google pixel 8 pro and have only had it a few months but during calls every now and the you hear interference like a robotic voice and sometimes its high pitched the caller also hears it as well I never had it on my old Google pixel phone. Any ideas would be a great help.

I have sorted it I decided to uninstalled the latest phone update and the sound has gone.
