@Budgie65 If the device is asking for the sim pin and you haven’t changed this to your own PIN number the default sim pin is 1111.

Hi @Budgie65

AS @Chris_B said, the default SIM PIN should be 1111, unless it has been changed at some point. How many times have you tried to enter it? A few incorrect attempts should prompt you to enter a PUK code, which can be found in your EE Online account. Once that is entered, it would allow you to change the PIN again.
