Pixel 8 pro OEM/bootloader locked?

Hi,

Is anyone can confirm the EE Pixel 8 pro phones bootloader are unlockable?

I plant to buy one, but all depends on this.

Hi yes they are, not sure around the situation on warrenty or anything but yeah you can unlock the bootloader the normal way.

Enabled developer mode in settings, connect to ADB and use 'fastboot flashing unlock'

To lock again if needed use 'fastboot flashing lock'

Remember though both unlocking and relocking will wipe your device and certain apps may not work like banking, google wallet unless you know ways around this but wont work normally from when it initilly boots up
