S24 Ultra hotapot issue

Hey, I'm looking for abit of guidance.

I have the Samsung S24 Ultra but for some reason my PC cannot connect to my mobile hot-spot.

I've tried:

Network Setting Reset, Manual Network Selection, changing the GhZ, Software Updates, drivers on the pc all updated

My PC can see the phone but it tries to connect rather than even letting me put the password in. It then says "cannot connect to this device"

It won't work though Bluetooth either. I can USB tether but it's very hit and miss.

I am a Gamer and me and my partner cannot play the same game without on of us lagging eachother out.

I'm tempted to get a 4g hub, but in the mean time I need to get my PC to connect to the phone

Any help would be appreciated

Are you using the correct tethering password.

You'll also find playing games over the network problematic becase of EE mobile CGNAT network infrastructure.
