Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced sudden changes in battery life on the Sony WF-1000XM4 headphones? I've heard it's a widespread problem. Has anyone found a solution that works? Is EE addressing this issue?

Since it was sold to me by EE, it's customary to address the issue first with the seller before contacting the manufacturer. Moreover, I have checked all the Sony forums, and the solutions provided there do not work for anyone. Also, I believe EE should address this because it's a widespread problem affecting one of its add-on devices...
