topic Do dead pixels on the screen allow for you to claim under the full insurance? in Android Devices

It doesn't technically affect my phone, but it's super annoying, and since my phone is almost paid for, I'd prefer just to pay the excess, to be honest. Does anyone know? The insurance policy seems really specific in that if it's not affecting your phone directly it doesn't count

Hi @anothercringe

Welcome to the community.

If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they can take information from you about the fault/damage and give you some options. We have an insurance team who handle these types of claims on a case-by-case basis.
