My Huawei p20 cant answer incoming calls and bug when i try calling someone

Hello, I recently encountered a pretty annoying glitch with my phone. When I receive a call, the call screen doesn't show up and I can't even answer it with the notification, and when I try calling someone, the call screen doesn't show up and even when I hang up, my phone still says im in call. Does anyone know how to fix that ?

So how do you know when a call is arriving - is this just the ringtone? Can you post a video of this happening?

Mine too and Ive just been informed by EE that Huawei isn't compatible with their network. Gutted. I love my Huawei phone 😞

Mine has done the same. Black screen on calls. Can't delete answerphone messages.Can't hang up calls.

Went into EE store. EE no longer support Huawei phones.
