Phone restarted and want to be unlocked, My EE says the IMEI umber is unlocked

I have an unused samsung Galaxy A21s and want to ebay it. I was pottering a bit around to get to factory reset. Maybe I have done the reset.

When restarting I am asked for password to log in again, I have tried the passwords i was using, but unknown. Have gone deep in to try to reset password with the method Samsung advise, but no success. Any ideas will be tested.
