We prefer to purchase 2 android phones every few years, we have looked on EE store website and can order them but after lots of wandering around the internet, we just wondered once they arrive with us how easy is it to transfer the data, apps, photos, gmail etc etc to the new phones. We have lots of photos, videos etc and macafee virus protection.

We don't want to lose any of this.

Any advice would be welcome

If you're transferring user-data between Samsung phones, then Smart Switch is an excellent tool

https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/smart-switch/

If you have anything stored on an SD card, then just transfer that between phones as necessary.
