upgraded but my plan not assigned to number

selected my upgrade phone and package. received my phone transferred my old date but i have nothing texts/calls etc assigned to the new phone, it doesnt state in my account either when i log in? it still says i have my old phone?

You stay on your existing no. when you upgrade.
