Hi,

I have been trying to to see if the above Tablet is locked to EE by logging into my account using the check for locked device.

Unfortunately although I have double checked the fifteen number IMEI digits when I enter them to check I get an error message and told to try again later.

perhaps the community may help.

When was it bought new? All devices sold after Dec. '21 are sold unlocked.

Thank you for your reply the Tab was bought new in July 2023 so yes it is unlocked then. So that was the reason why I got the error messages.
