Hi there

I got a 16 digit unlock code for the above. It doesn't work. I'm definitely entering it correctly. It's now saying it won't work because I've entered it incorrectly too many times. Can someone help? I'm gonna use my Giffgaff SIM.

Had you put the GG SIM in the phone so it could ask for the unlock code?
