Hi got the pixel fold last year and recently claimed on my insurance as the tablet screen had broke and ink leaked, however after a week of having the replacement the ink has burst again and my tablet mode is unusable, I know I'm going to have to take it to the EE store where they will say it was me however there is nothing that I am doing with the phone that allows it to break easily, some of the tape it still on and it has built in screen protectors, so far it is the worst phone I have ever had and I regret switching from samsung

Never had this issue with my Samsung Fold2

The technology is there for Samsung as they have spent years perfecting this.

Google on other hand may not be so advanced.

So I would go back to the insurance and say look your work isn't fit for purpose and I feel you need to fix this without me haing to pay the excess again.
