Samsung Galaxy S22 WI-FI Calling issues

Am not able to make calls out from local hospital. EE help suggests turning WI-FI calling on but I do not have this option in setting/connections? Can anyone let me know if this can be corrected please

Thank you, I have tried these steps but after opening the connection option I do not have WI-FI calling listed at all? Have you come across this by any chance?

The exact menu location may differ depending on Android versions, but should be under "Call settings". The following screenshot was taken from an Android 13 device, which is now running Android 14 and the option is very similar.
