Phone stuck on samsung loading screen s21

Samsung galaxy S21 won't get passed the loading up screen, does the same when reset. Can't get access to all phones images etc.

Can you try the steps in the Samsung phone frozen - how to soft reset or hard reboot page to see if this works for you?

Hi Leanne,

Unfortunately I have done soft reset 20 times and not once has it got passed the Samsung logo. The phone wont tart in safe mode and I don't want to loose all of my photos etc by doing a factory reset.

I've tried it fully charged and with it plugged into the charger.

The next step to try would be the factory reset to see if this works for you.

The Back up your Galaxy device if you cannot access it help page has details on backing up the data for you.
