In what way is "4G not working" - does your phone show coverage indicators? Do you have 2G/3G coverage instead, or no service at all?

Are you able to make & receive voice calls? Send & receive text messages? Use mobile data?

The more detail you can give, the better the advice.

Hello @Raffjmd97,

I understand the issues you're facing with your 4G can be frustrating. To get this sorted quickly, I recommend giving a call to EE's customer support at 150, and then select option 1. Their Guides are really helpful and knowledgeable, and they’ll be able to troubleshoot any problems you’re experiencing with your 4G service. They're usually pretty efficient at resolving such issues.

Hope this helps!
