    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible for EE to retrieve photos on a broken phone? Unfortunately I don't think I backed them up. I spoke to someone from EE on the phone when I was sorting out an early upgrade and I'm sure he said something about EE being able to retrieve photos in store but I can't remember exactly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Connect the mobile to PC by a USB cable.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Look in Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) for a top-level folder with name of your mobile model.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open it &amp;amp; then open the folder DCIM.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;There lies your photos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From there you may copy them to anywhere on PC.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's nothing a network operator can do in this circumstance, beyond that which anyone with a PC/laptop could.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The process is explained in the previous post from today @ 0932.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
