Just tried that after getting to the unlock section told details of doing online, which I know. Then its press one to hear again

Have you tested your device with another SIM to check if it is locked @Bogart99?

Very strange, well to my mind. Tried it on Firefox and it worked whereas Chrome did not.

Using Firefox opened with a completely different page.

Hi @Bogart99,

I've checked and I'm able to use the form in Chrome.

It may be that your browser is out of date or has an incompatible plugin installed.

Hi @James_B

I have the same problem with my Samsung s10+ and it doesn't work with chrome, Firefox or qwant. I am abroad and need to use my phone with a sim card from another company and cannot unlock it. Every time I called the call ended up abruptly and I have no solution. Please help me ASAP

No a lot to say except firefox worked for me whereas chrome gave the oops message. Ringing was a total waste of time and effort.
