Is that possible to pay more Or can I pay full after 2 or 3 months later

You Will need to pay for the phone monthly. As you will have signed a contract. You can pay off the phone in full at anytime when you have the money.

Full payment or can i pay 2 or 3 times

Like if i buy phone on 12 month contract 300 pound upfront. Total costs 1000 and my monthly EMI is 60 pound. Can i pay monthly 100 or more than Monthly auto debit Amount

@Soorajrajesh You need to take the tariff out on a flex pay tariff, then you can pay your phone off in full as it’s separate to your airtime tariff.
