Voicemail MMI code problem

Hello! I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Recently I accidentally deleted the EE voicemail number, and since then, although I reinstated the number in my contacts, I have a notification message telling me I have a voicemail message waiting that I can't clear, even after restarting the phone.

When I click the notification, it says "USSD code running... ", and then after a few seconds, "Connection problem or invalid MMI code".

I've tried resetting the network settings, putting it in and out of flight mode, and removing and reinserting the SIM card, to no avail. Hoping someone else has a better plan! Many thanks.

Hi @EmilyRoseMackay

Could you try texting VM OFF to 150, then once that has been processed, text VM ON to 150? Hopefully that resets the voicemail for you so that you can listen to that voicemail.

Try leaving a new voicemail, listening to it and either saving or deleting it.
