Phone opened in Chinese

Hi please can anyone help. EE say I need to phone for technical help but I cannot get into my phone as it suddenly opened in Chinese language. Have tried to enter my security pin and it does nothing so unable to change language or use phone.

Desperately need it for my business and now I am stuck on a Friday afternoon! Its an OPPO Reno 10
