Callers sound like daleks

Hi,

Can anyone help me please? I have a Galaxy Note 10 Lite and I'm having problems with people I am speaking to sounding like daleks. The calls usually start off clear but soon become so bad I can't understand a word they are saying. We usually disconnect the call and ring again - switching between wifi calling and normal calling - but it happens both ways. I have tried putting my sim in another handset and the same thing happens. Also it isn't confined to where I live. Whilst touring Scotland last week I had the same issues.

Strangely callers can't see me on WhatsApp or Messengers video calls either. The screen at their end shows green. Audio is fine though.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou for reading.
