      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reading the terms and conditions - to answer the above question - if a device is in perfect working order but has been replaced by an outsourced insurance - can it be used for anytime upgrade? The terms and conditions only make reference to EE or manufacturer-approved repairs (which most insurers are).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
