I don't get signal anywhere in my house change to ee cause they said I will have it if I took SIM deal done the deal still no WiFi calling

I don't get a signal in my house I moved to EE SIM instead of BT cause they said it would have WiFi calling witch it doesn't

@Dondontrip1 which phone are you using?

Do you have landline or fibre broadband at home?

Is the phone connected to the broadband?

Am using an Xperia 10 11 I know I can get it cause I had it with 02 but I went to bt and couldn't get signal so moved to EE cause they said I will get WiFi calling but I don't

I have fibre broadband but don't get no signal unless I put phone at window and it never connects itself I have to do it every time I put at window if am outside works perfect

Hi @Dondontrip1,

If you open your settings and search WiFi Calling, it should bring it straight up.

@Dondontrip1 there is a handy guide to show how to switch it on here.

You also need to be connected to your WiFi.
