FEATURES Tab Missing on Shop Phones

When buying a phone from the Shop some are advertised with the special offer "Get a gubbins on us". It used to be that in the full page for such a particular phone there was a "Features" tab or button leading to the T&C's & claim procedure for the gubbins . Indeed the Legal Bit for the phone states:

The plan terms are below. For terms related to the device please refer to the “FEATURES” tab.

But there isn't a “FEATURES” tab!

Such a phone is the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 5G 256GB Mint which is supposed to come with a free ChromeBook.
