Samsung Do Not Disturb Stays On

My problem is that Do Not Disturb (DND) doesn't turn sounds/notifications back on automatically after the scheduled DND is over (I have it set for 22:00-07:00). Does anyone know how this can be fixed? I'm sick of researching and feel like asking EE to change the phone purely for this irritation. I'm missing calls and notifications from work (and personal) as I have to manually switch sounds back on each morning.

I have an A54 but I've read that this happens on several Samsung models.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you tried backing up all your data and factory resetting the phone?

This will restore the phone to factory settings and all data would be lost, please make sure you back up first.

I suggest you look look in settings - modes and routine and set up a routine to meet your requirements, that is the point of routines they can be personalised to your requirements.
