topic Upgrade Anytime - Damaged Phone Charges in Android Devices

Hi, I'm thinking about using upgrade anytime, just wondering if anyone knows how much is charged for minimal damage as my phone has one very small scratch on the screen otherwise the whole phone is in perfect condition. Obviously won't upgrade if it would be a silly fee for such light damage so just wanted to see what I might be looking at. Thank

Hi @Lyonoa

Welcome to the community.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the charge for your device. Alternatively, you could pop into an EE Store so they can assess it and check the cost too.
