My phone died today. The charging port stopped working. Then overnight it was charging but still dying.

Amazon are sending a wireless charger in an hour. Would it charge the phone?

Is there anyway to factory reset if it wont switch on?

new off off amazon coming in 2 days. going crazy no phone. need it to pay bills and go out!

I would never buy a contract phone off EE again and pay £1000.

AR44 samsung.

Have you tried a different charger and plug?

Is your phine still under warranty.

tried two chargers and plugs. it was the charging port. now it wont charge and died.

Its a cheap AR44 off amazon anyways new one £160. lasted a good year so cant complain. just cant cope no phone. cant even go out. no taxi.

The wireless charger didn't work. but the charging cable it came with did? I cant work it out my 2 charger cables didn't work?

am a bit short of money so cancelled the new phone. just odd!
