It's not the screen that's cracking it's actually the screen saver. Samsung will replace it if you contact them.

Not everyone has this problem, but claim on your Samsung warranty.

Having the same issues. Currently lost the use of the top half of the screen. Tried calling but the automated directory asks me to press 1 regarding my phone.... I cant as number 1 is in the top of the screen!!!!! cant even get through. 😞
