Samsung A32 5g Screen stays black.

I have tried volume down and power button I hear a beep when the logo should appear but still black. I have tried to force a restart by volume up and power but nothing. I can hear messages come in but can't access them and when I get a call I wont be able to swipe up to accept the call

Welcome to the community.

So it's as if the phone is switched on, but with no screen? Have you tried doing the volume down/power button process whilst it's on charge?
