I've got a new phone 2 months a go and I don't like it's a Google pixel 7 if I pay £200 can I change my phone to Samsung s23 ultra at the ee shop in south shields

Hi @paulsj123,

If you text INFO to 85075 it will reply with the cost to upgrade to a new handset.

You can work it out yourself too by taking months remaining x monthly cost - 4%.
