The screen protector on Flips peeling away is very common but it’s important to get it sorted before dust and debris gets in between the protector and the panel and causes damage. Samsung support or EE should be able to help you start a warranty claim for getting it sorted.

I think I’ve read elsewhere that Samsung’s policy is that they will replace the screen protector under warranty for free the first time it happens, and then for a small fee if it happens again.
