Did everything asked, received confirmation of my purchase via email but at the top it said we need to confirm some details.&nbsp; Does anyone know what this means? I tried seeking guidance in setting the upgrade up but couldn't find any online help and over the phone I was basically refused it.&nbsp;</P><P>Any help appreciated.
