&lt;P&gt;What is wrong with your devices? (Screen broken, phine is dead?)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What brand and model is the damaged phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried connecting to your PC?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What are you trying to recover and have you checked this wasn't backed up online via your Google account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
