Samsung A53 worst phone ever

I upgraded in Feb this year because my old phone was not lasting out the day on its battery, I upgraded to a Samsung A53, which is now only 3 to 4 months old and the battery has gone. Dont last the day. I have little to no signal without being on WiFi. Just the worst phone ever.

Not happy at all.

Welcome to the community.

It could be related to your signal issues. If your phone is searching for a network often, this would considerably affect the battery life. The fact you say it's happened with two different phones backs this up too.

I'd recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can look into the performance of the network in your area.
