EE support with unlocked phone

Hi, I bought my phone unlocked, but I am not an EE customer. My Google Pixel 6 Pro has a software problem with it, I have contacted Google for support, and they said I can go into an EE store to see if my phone can be fixed. Am I able to do this even though I am not an EE customer?
