put sim from old phone into new phone now new phone has been locked out

Its not a new sim its from my old phone and its asking for PIN which was used in old phone

and its saying incorrect Pins

I would suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if they can supply any details for this device if the old PIN is not working or the default 1111 PIN @noggin21
