Hello @Fmubarak.

Did you process an upgrade or is this a new line?

If you done an upgrade do you still have your old SIM? if yes, please try using your old SIM should it fit.

Same as the person above. Have a new S23 which is an upgrade from my old S21. The phone doesn't recognise either the new sim or my old one. It just says 'no sim no service'. When I try to phone or text anyone it says 'not connected to network'. However, it can connect to my wi-fi, but thats all.
