Hi when im out the house i carnt use facebook. Smapchat messenger but srill have internet. I visited ee stope and they dont know whats wrong either. Ive tryed restarting phone. Deleted apps and reinstalling them still carnt find a problem. Im useing the new pizzel 7pro

@Sharnalouise42 , can you go into your account and go to settings and then scroll down to Parental control, you will need to change the settings, if you cannot do it yourself, you will have to ring customer service and ask them to change the setting, then it should work ok.
