&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the charging cable may have been damaged. Have you tried using the TCL plug with a different cable?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Warranty coverage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does warranty cover a faulty charging plug? My TCL devices doesn't charge very well using a different make of plug.&amp;nbsp; The device charges &lt;FONT&gt;extremerly&lt;/FONT&gt; slow. If I wiggle the USB connection it will charge but again only slowly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had my device for just under 3 months? I am on contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone advise me on what action to take to resolve my issue please????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
