Help please

Has anybody experienced problems with there A53 charging port! I'm getting a constant bleep saying moisture has been detected in the charger port! It's not been anywhere near water and its driving me insane. I even attempted leaving it in the airing cupboard overnight to see if that would help, but no its just constant

It doesn’t need to be near water to get a moisture sensor error the sweat from the palm of your hands can do it. But if it’s been in a warm location this should not be an issue any more. Just to check have you tried a different cable?

Hi Mark and thank you for your reply, the charger I got with the phone 3
months ago won't work at all so I purchased another and that works OK but
when I attempt to charge it the phone constantly beeps and tells me to
remove the charger cable due to moisture detection... this has been ongoing
for 2 weeks its driving me crazy.. I'm having to revert back to my old
device.. EE virtual Assistant told me to reset the device to which I have
and the problem still continues

Hi @donnabambi

I'm sorry to hear this.

I'd recommend speaking with Samsung directly so they can look into this further.

If you're getting the moisture detection error it's highly likely this is the reason for the issue.
