Changed to samsung s23 ee tube wifi does not work

Just changed phone to samsung s23 ultra , while trying to connect to tube ee wifi on eap it is asking for user name and password which i dont have... Tried unsuccessfully texting 9527 (text did not go). Any suggestions?
