topic Faulty new product in Android Devices

<P>I ordered a Samsung Chromebook 2 from EE on Thursday. It was delivered Saturday and is faulty, the screen doesn’t work. I contacted EE who said I required a code from Samsung so I then had to go through the whole process with Samsung and got what I was told I needed. I called EE back and was then told he didn’t know why I’d got a code i needed to send it in repairs with Samsung. I feel like I have been sent a faulty not fit for purpose product and then told it’s my own problem now, this is awful customer service. What can I do other than go through the lengthy process with Samsung.</P>
