You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

Don't use a 3 SIM in the unlocking process. They don't always work. Try an O2 or Voda SIM.

I have upgraded to a flip3 from a S20 I have unlocked the flip 3 but my daughter wants the s20 she is not with EE so i inserted the sim from my 3 to the s20 and tried to unlock, but it will not allow me to unlock., Keep saying you have unlocked a unit already, so how can I unlock the S20 do I have to get another sim, took it into the EE shop and they said I had to d it on line but I can't, the system will not allow it???. It's only a bloody mobile phone !!!!! I would probably have less trouble accessing the gold reserves in the Pentagon.

So can anyone tell me if i need another sim, or how else to unlock it, my daughter is with Virgin and wants to stay there especially now she has seen the difficulty I'm experiencing with EE.
