Black screen/phone restarting

Recently upgraded to a samsung galaxy A53 about 5 weeks ago, this past week ive had black screen issues and the phone restarting itself very often... i only managed to get the screen working maybe once/twice a day... is this something i could go into an ee shop and get resolved?

Or any tips on how to fix this myself if at all possible??

Have you tried a factory reset on the device if you can get into the settings?

You can book a repair online or go into the store to get this looked into.
