I believe the main purpose of the device lookup field is to establish 4G-bands & 5G-capability. And it's probably unrealistic to expect the drop-down to include every conceivable model including those which EE don't directly supply.

The BV6600 supports 4G bands 1, 3, 7 & 20 which covers EE's UK allocation. Assuming your phone/SIM has VoLTE support, then any 4G-only Samsung will give the required results, an A12 V2 as good as anything.

If you don't have VoLTE-support, then try the A3-2016 variant which should exclude 4G800/B20 from the lookup.

This is one for the EE Community Supervisors...

Is there any chance of getting the BlackView range of mobile phones added to the Coverage Checker application..? If not, is there an equivalent make and model that we should use in their absence..?

I'm currently using my old Blackberry Passport as a model but have no idea if it is a decent substitute for my new (and wonderful BV6600) device.

Thanks in anticipation and best regards, Rick
